A multi-vehicle crash—involving a Sheriff’s vehicle—closed down Highway 62 on the Morongo Grade Wednesday morning. The crash was reported at 7:30 a.m. midway down the westbound side of the highway. Westbound lanes of the highway was closed at 7:45 while the Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol and first responders are on the scene.
