A fatal crash involving a Miltiary Humvee and a civilian vehicle occured around 3:30p.m. this afternoon on highway 62 just east of Whitefeather Road in Joshua Tree. The identity of the victim has yet to be released but has been said to be a white female. CHP could not confirm whether she was military or civilian.
