BREAK-INS IN WONDER VALLEY AND JOSHUA TREE

0

Three break-ins of vacant homes in Wonder Valley and Joshua Tree were reported to the Sheriff’s Department Wednesday. An uninhabited trailer in the 77200 block of Buena Vista Drive was broken into. The owner reported that plumbing hardware had been stolen, and the trailer’s door was damaged. An uninhabited home in the 3800 block of Kern Road was also broken into. The suspects vandalized the residence; items were thrown on the floor, drawers pulled out, items turned over and moved, and pornographic materials were left behind. And finally, the owner of a vacant home in the 1600 block of Alta Avenue told deputies someone had removed the exterior security door, although it appears no damage was done inside or items stolen. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
