The Boys and Girls Club of the High Desert has released details about its summer program. The club offers recreational activities, sports, movies, arts and crafts, cooking classes, reading programs, and water games for children ages 5 to 18. In addition, the club will offer a teen Community Emergency Response Training twice a week from June 17 through July 24. The club will be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, at 56525 Little League Drive in Yucca Valley. Breakfast and lunch will be served, and are free after the first week.
