Artist Heather L. Johnson, who travelled around the United States creating artwork that represented the beautiful sights she saw, will be presenting her artwork at an exhibition on Saturday, October 18, at the BoxoHOUSE in Joshua Tree. The exhibition will feature images of pieces dropped in the landscape, watercolor impressions of her journey and hand-embroidered compositions based on experiences collected along the way. The opening reception will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. and there will be an artist talk at 4 p.m. The BoxoHOUSE is located at 62732 Sullivan Road in Joshua Tree.
