On July 11, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Larry Dilsaver will be at the Campbell House to give a short lecture followed by a book signing. In his newly released book, “Preserving the Desert: A History of Joshua Tree National Park,” Dilsaver offers the first comprehensive history of Joshua Tree National Park, from its inception to the present time, This event is free, but reservations are required.
