A body found in Redlands has been identified as a Yucca Valley man that went missing last year. According to a report by Stacy Moore in the June 21st print-edition of the Hi-Desert Star, Brett Goutin’s body was found May 26th in a wash in Redlands.
Goutin was last seen June of 2022 when he appeared in a Joshua Tree courthouse and was ordered to attend a drug addiction treatment program. The sheriff’s office had considered Goutin voluntarily missing.
The Star reports that Redlands city police do not consider the death to be suspicious.
