A bluegrass ensemble band will open a new concert series at Desert Hills Presbyterian Church in Yucca Valley. The Boulder Hoppers will perform 4 p.m. Sunday, Septemer 20. The Boulder Hoppers are a family from Joshua Tree, made up of Erik Kramer-Webb on guitar, mandolin, and vocals; his wife Theresa Walsh, on banjo and vocals; and their son Forest Walsh on bass and keyboards . A donation of $8 is suggested, and light refreshments will be served following the concert. The church is located at 56750 Mountain View Trail.
