Music is in abundance in Joshua Tree. Tonight come to a Bluegrass Jam this Thursday at 6 p.m. at the JT Trading Post. Organizers say come and sing a song, strum your guitar, or just come to enjoy the tunes. This is an acoustic jam, so do not bring electric instruments.
In addition the Joshua Tree Jazz Band is getting kind of low on jazz band members. The group is in need of lead trumpet and lead saxophones and anyone interested in being substitutes for any other instruments: bass, piano, guitar, drums and trombones.
