Blood is desperately needed in the Morongo Basin. Lifestream will be holding two blood drives tomorrow (June 14).
The first blood drive runs 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms Community Center, located at 6547 Freedom Way, in Twentynine Palms. The second blood drive runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hi Desert Medical Center, located at 6601 White Feather Road in Joshua Tree.
Healthy individuals at least 15 years of age may donate blood. Everyone under 17 years of age must provide LifeStream with written parental consent.
