The Morongo Basin Healthcare District will be hosting a blood drive at Luckie Park this Saturday, Oct. 8th from 10AM to 3PM. Blood supply levels in the Morongo Basin remain at some of the lowest levels ever, and donating now can make a difference for locals in need. You must be at least 15 years old to donate. Donors receive a Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirt as well as a free mini-physical – you can set an appointment to donate blood by calling Lifestream at 800-879-4484 or visiting LStream.org.
