We all know bingo is fun, but this week, it can also bring you physical well-being. Bingo-cize is a free program the 29 Palms Senior Center that combines the game of bingo with exercise and information about fall prevention.
The program is offered by the San Bernardino County Dept. of Public Health in collaboration with the Dept. of Behavioral Health. There will, of course, be prizes.
Bingo-cize groups begin tomorrow (February 7) at 1 p.m. and the 29 Palms Senior Center, located at 6539 Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms.
