The Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency meets in special session at 6 p.m. tonight (December 7). This meeting is in place of the agency’s regularly scheduled, now canceled, meeting on December 14. Reporter Mike Lipsitz is here with highlights from tonight’s agenda…
Among other routine items, the board is expected to receive and file the Agency Financial Audit for fiscal year 2020-2021, as well as consider a resolution establishing criteria for management of the water agency’s financial reserves. Tonight’s meeting takes place in the agency’s board meeting office is under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers; mask requirements will be in place. Remote participation is also an option.
