The transfer of seriously delinquent accounts to county tax rolls in the form of property liens occurs annually. Some 110 properties representing approximately $40,000 owed to the small water agency are included in this year’s action. Also last night, the board set the fiscal appropriation limit at approximately $136,000; made modest increases to the basic facilities charge and one-inch service line installation fee for residential meters based on the Consumer Price Index; re-established the $30 per acre annual standby assessment in the Goat Mountain Improvement District; and awarded an $80,000 contract for safety upgrades to three water tanks also in the Goat Mountain Improvement District.
