It was five for five at last night’s meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency board in Landers. All five members of the governing board voted to authorize placement of property liens on the secured tax rolls for collection of delinquent accounts; authorize two liens to write off $3,600 in bad debts dating back to 2011; authorize a resolution to re-establish water standby fees in the Goat Mountain improvement district; and authorized $7,500 for a new website design.
