Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors holds the regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. On the agenda, the board is likely to authorize the general manager to prepare grant applications to offset costs of two projects, and in other business directors will likely authorize staff to initiate procedures for a 5 percent cost of living adjustment to their per diems. It all happens at the agency’s board meeting office under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
