At tonight’s 6 p.m. board meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency directors will receive the financial audit for fiscal 2014-15, as well as consider a handful of resolutions including several aimed at clarifying, correcting and/or certifying agency business involving the conservation plan, workers’ comp and county bond obligations. Tonight’s meeting is the last prior to the November 3 election when voters will decide who among three candidates are best suited to fill two open board seats. It all takes place at the Agency’s meeting facility on Cherokee Trail under the old water tower in Landers.
