The governing board at the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency will meet for its regular second-Tuesday board meeting at 6 p.m. this evening. The board will hear a presentation of the agency financial audit for fiscal 2019-2020 by an independent certified public accounting firm, and in other business directors will consider changes to the employee handbook.
