Following three open, public interviews, directors elected Craig Dicht to fill the seat vacated by Judy Corl-Lorono when she relocated out of the district. An eight-year resident of the community, Dicht said he believes government should be quiet and competent. Immediately following the vote, Dicht was sworn in as the newest director for the water agency that serves Landers and Flamingo Heights.
