Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors holds the regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. On tonight’s agenda is a mid-year budget review along with a discussion on proposed rate increases for the fiscal year starting in July. Ahead of those items, the board will appoint a new president, vice president and secretary, as well as make committee assignments. It all happens at the agency’s board meeting office under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
