Tonight’s meeting opens with a closed session pursuant to the discipline/dismissal/release of a public employee. Then following a closed session report, the board will hold an annual review of the agency’s board member code of conduct with no changes anticipated. Also tonight, the board will receive and file the annual disclosure of reimbursements for fiscal year 2019/20. The only other non-routine item in this evening’s agenda is consideration of directors participation in two webinars at an approximate cost of $280 per director per event.
