When the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board meets at 6 p.m. tonight, the agency will consider a Mutual Emergency Water Supply agreement with the Hi-Desert Water District. That action will follow a closed session meeting with legal counsel on existing litigation. Also tonight, the board will hear a presentation on the Morongo Basin Conservation Association’s Desert-Wise Landscape Tour.
