Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors holds the regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. The main item on the agenda is an informational item but one of high interest; that is an update on the July 1 annexation of County water service in the Goat Mountain area of Landers. General Manager Marina West presents. It all happens at the agency’s board meeting office under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
