When the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors meets tonight at 6 p.m. they’re expected to interview, name and seat a new director from among four candidates vying for the vacant seat. Competing are Larry Coulombe, William Hampton, Jr., Richard Killins and Alpha Richards. Then among other business, directors are expected to establish criteria for managing the Agency’s financial reserves. Tonight’s session is at Agency offices under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
