At tonight’s 6 p.m. meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors, directors will consider establishing the service line installation fees for various sized water meters. Next the board will entertain a proposed variance that would create a payment plan for four property owners who are ready to buy and connect water meters. And the last major item up for consideration is a cost-of-living increase in director per diems for which a public hearing will be convened. And while directors will gather at the board meeting office on Cherokee Trail in Landers, the public is invited to watch or participate via the Zoom platform.
