When the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency board of directors meets at 6 p.m. tonight, the directors will consider just one item in addition to routine matters on the consent calendar. That item calls for the board to accept as complete and all the actions associated with the end of work on the pump replacement project by TriCounty Pump Company. In the final tally, the project came in at $13,000 under budget. Tonight’s meeting takes place at the agency’s board meeting office under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
