The Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at tonight’s 6 p.m. meeting. The purpose is to hear comments before confirming delinquent accounts and authorizing property liens through County tax rolls in order to recover some of the delinquencies within the Water Agency’s district. Also tonight, the board will look at the Agency’s billing adjustment policy in connection with leak relief. And in an information only presentation, the board will receive an update on the status of the Cadiz Valley Water Conservation, Recovery and Storage Project. Tonight’s session is at Agency offices under the old water tower on Cherokee Trail in Landers.
