Big Read Morongo Basin, continues its 2021 program with an open reading of “Cholla Needles” Issue 58 which is the Big Read Issue of the local poetry publication. No pre-registration required to this free event at the Joshua Tree Folk School at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center on October 6th at 5pm. Enjoy the open reading featuring local writers Leslie Shaw, Cynthia Anderson, John Brantingham, Caryn Davidson, Jeffrey Alfier, Tobi Alfier, Ruth Nolan, John C. Krieg, L. I.
