Big Read Morongo Basin, continues its 2021 program with a series of in-person discussions of the book “An American Sunrise” by Joy Harjo starting October 7 at the Greenleaf Library at CMC beginning at 6 p.m.. Subsequent discussions will occur on October 9th at 2 PM at the Twentynine Palms Library, October 13 at the Joshua Tree Library at 5 p.m., October 18 at the Yucca Valley Library at 5 p.m., and October 19 at the Hi-Desert Contemporary Literature Club at 5 p.m. Participation is free.
