ROP Broadcasting student Tabitha Bowlby shares information on bereavement support… The Hi-Desert Hospice in Joshua Tree California hosts a bereavement support group at two different times on the first and third Tuesday of each month. One meeting occurs from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church (6336 Hallee Road, Joshua Tree) and the second from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Hi-Desert Home Health and Hospice Office (63484 Chickasaw Road, Joshua Tree). Each meeting provides a safe, comfortable setting to navigate through the difficulties that often accompany the death of a loved one. During the meeting you will learn to explore and discover the most helpful ways to live with grief and pain from the past or possibly the present.
