Exercise is important for everyone; however, depending on your physical activities weight lifting might be for you. We interviewed 29 Palms high school weight lifting coach Michael Fontana and asked him a few questions about weight lifting. He told us that lifting is important because it builds not only a strong body, but an even stronger mind. When you lift you should get good sleep, drink plenty of water, and get a good intake of daily proteins.
