High Desert Beekeepers Association meets at 2 p.m. this Sunday, September 20 at The Nourishing Tree, 62057 Twentynine Palms Hwy in Joshua Tree. The meeting topic will be “Observing Honeybees,” with information on bee behavior both inside and outside the hive. Those who have bee suits should bring them, as a hive inspection is planned for after the meeting. It is not necessary to have bees to attend meetings; just an interest in honeybees.
