After high school graduation, ROP Broadcasting student James Cosgriff knows what he wants to do. He passes along what he’s learned about becoming a Marine…
High schoolers have many different career choices out of high school; mine is enlisting in the Marine Corps. According the Marine Corps website, In order to become an enlisted marine you must have a high school diploma, completed the asvab, be in good health, and be 17 to 28 years of age. Once sworn in you will be sent off to boot camp where you will be tested and challenged for 12 weeks to prove yourself. After those 12 weeks, few will be able to call themselves Marines. Being a marine has its benefits. Besides being some of the most respected men and women in the world, being a marine can help pay you through college and take you to exciting places across the globe. For more information about joining the marines call Sgt. Gurrerro at 1-760-717-2817. Reporting for z1077 news I am ROP Broadcasting student James Cosgriff.
