BANK OF AMERICA TO CLOSE YUCCA VALLEY BRANCH IN SEPTEMBER

Morongo Basin residents who bank with Bank of America received a surprising notification recently that the Yucca Valley branch would soon be closing its doors. A representative from Bank of America confirmed with Z107.7 that the Yucca Valley branch would be closing on September 10, 2019, due to a decline in in-person transactions as customers increasingly conduct their traditional banking outside of financial centers. According to the statement, customers can still access their accounts at full-service ATMs that will remain onsite, through online banking platforms, and at the Desert Hot Springs branch.
