t’ll be another challenging few days of the “60 Swarm” this weekend, in which Highway 60 will be closed while Caltrans continues construction. More than 80,000 people are expected at the Hard Summer concert at the Fontana Speedway on Saturday and Sunday, with many attendees already arriving Friday night. Interstate 10 is one of the main detours around the 60 Swarm project. Motorists are encouraged to use Highways 210 and 91 to avoid heavy delays during the 60 Swarm closures on eastbound 60 between Interstate 16 and the junctions of Highways 60/91/25 in Riverside and the concert event.
