LOCAL RETIRED TEACHERS MEET THIS MONTH The California Retired Teachers' Association meets this month on February 10 at the Helen Gray Educational Complex in Joshua Tree beginning at 10 a.m. Ralph Villani, Area IX Director, will be speaking; there will also be a brief program honoring past presidents and those over 80 years young.
