The Yucca Valley Planning Commission reviewed Land Use Compliance Report and Development Update

The Yucca Valley Planning Commission reviewed and approved the Land Use request for authorization to increase the number of overnight occupants from 8 to 12 and vehicles from 3 to 5 at the short-term vacation rental at 8079 Emerson Avenue. The increase allows for two people per room. The Commissioners considered the number of bedrooms, size of rooms, proximity to neighbors, and a neighbor's recommendation letter.
