A haunted mansion that was unknowingly built on top of an abandoned mine after it’s’ collapse. “Resurgence” is the premise for this year’s Halloween Haunt at Theatre 29. Director Cyrus Short has auditions planned for tonight Monday, August 29, beginning at 6 p.m. on the Theatre 29 main stage at 73637 Sullivan Road in Twentynine Palms. The production team is seeking at least 25 performers and behind the scenes technicians, ages 16 and older only. “Resurgence” will come to “life” beginning October 14 and will end Halloween night. Haunted house tours begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday nights October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, and Sunday and Monday, October 30 and 31.
