AUDITIONS FOR “OKLAHOMA” AT THEATRE 29

A large cast of singer and dancers are needed for Theatre 29’s upcoming production of the musical “Oklahoma.” With all the audition details here’s Rebecca Havely…
A cast of 25 is sought by Director Charles Harvey for the musical “Oklahoma” at Theatre 29. The cast includes the young star-crossed lovers, Curly and Laurey. Gertie Cummings also has her eyes on Curly. Will Parker is a rodeo cowboy who can tap dance. The comic couple of Ado Annie and the Persian peddler Ali Hakim. Annie’s protective “Pa” Andrew Carnes and Laurie’s Aunt Elle are featured roles; as are locals Jud Fry, Ike Skidmore, and Judge Edam; plus a large singer and dancer ensemble. Come to auditions Monday, January 14, at 6 p.m. prepared to move and bring a Broadway show tune backing track on CD or a mobile device.
