Attempted murder charges for man who allegedly fired gun during struggle in Twentynine Palms home

A man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly firing a gun during a struggle.

On Saturday (December 13) at around 9:50 a.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a gun fired in the 6600 block of Mariposa Avenue in Twentynine Palms. Deputies responded to the home and say say that Latee Wilson, 52, was in an argument with the victim. They say Latee pointed a handgun at the victim, then a struggle ensued and the gun was fired inside of the home. Deputies say no one was hit by gunfire. The incident was reported by the victim’s girlfriend, and Wilson was taken into custody. 

Latee Wilson was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
