An orientation meeting for artists participating in October’s Highway 62 Art Tours will be held this evening from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center’s Friendship Hall. Artists will pick up receipt books, sign in sheets, promotional materials to hand out, and hear tips for a successful open studio, and have a Q&A with veteran Art Tours participants. Light snacks will be available. Artists who can’t make the meeting can pick up materials at the collective show, or at the MBCAC Office the week before the event.
