The Joshua Tree Library will hold an artist talk and reception Saturday, November 10, starting at 3 p.m. Susan Abbott worked for 10 years as a hospice chaplain, and her watercolor paintings typically reflect a bold use of color, celebrate life, honor grief, and often feature mind-bending choices of subject. The library is located on the north side of Highway 62 on Park Boulevard.
