The Friends of the Joshua Tree Library and the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council will host a reception and artist talk for local photographer Heather Sprague, whose art exhibit is currently on view. The reception and talk will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19. Sprague manipulates her photos using an iPad and quantum physics. The reception is free and light refreshments will be served.
