Visitors can enjoy “Desert Oasis” at the Twentynine Palms Visitor Center and Art Gallery during the gallery’s current exhibition. An opening reception will be held Friday, July 1, from 5:30 to 7, during which visitors can meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments and live music. The exhibition, “Desert Oasis: Wisdom in the Water,” features works by desert artists in paintings, photographs, mixed media, ceramics, mosaics, and 3-dimensional art. The exhibit will be on display until September 30. The Twentynine Palms Visitor Center is located on the highway in downtown Twentynine Palms.
