The Art Queen Gallery in Joshua Tree will hold an opening reception Saturday, January 11, for its new show, “Recess,” by the art collective, Art 166. Art 166 is a collective of three artists, Ruby DeSimone, Dominick Williams, and Deema Alijibeh, and “Recess” is their inaugural exhibition. The reception will be held during the Second Saturday art crawl, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The show will run through January 27. Art Queen is at 61855 29 Palms Highway in Joshua Tree.
