The community is invited to the new Brehm Park Family Recreation Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 2 for a day of art in the park. The all-ages event will allow participants to paint a custom tile that will become part of a permanent mosaic in the park. Each 6- inch tile is $10 and can be designed by children or adults. The event will also feature finger painting, face painting and sidewalk chalk art. Art in the Park is a benefit for the Brehm Park Family Recreation Center and the Youth Sports Park Coalition in Yucca Valley.
