A new exhibit by a former Joshua Tree National Park artist-in-residence is now on display at the park’s visitor center in Joshua Tree. Olivia Parkes was artist-in-residence at Joshua Tree National Park in March-April 2014. This spring, she returned to Joshua Tree for a residency at BoxoHouse, where she expanded on some of the themes and imagery she had developed last year. Her exhibition is on display at the park’s visitor center on Park Boulevard in Joshua Tree. The visitor center is open every day from 8 to 5.
