Several Twentynine Palms art galleries will be participating in the free monthly art receptions and gallery openings during the Art Cruise 29! on Saturday, July 6. Rebecca Havely has the details on the galleries…
The Twentynine Palms Visitor Center and Art Gallery kicks off its new exhibition, “Oh Those Summer Nights,” Saturday, July 6, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Hunter and the Wick’d will provide live music. From 3 to 9 p.m., head on over to the Art-o-motive Gallery, on the corner of 29 Palms Highway and National Park Drive to see the photos and metal art by Sheliah Bailey and Duane and Stacy Bird. Then from 5 to 7 p.m., the 29 Palms Art Gallery will host its opening reception for its summer show. Live music will also be provided. All galleries will offer light refreshments. The Glass Outhouse is closed until September.
