Art Colony of Morongo Valley is holding its Fall Festival in Covington Park, 11165 Vale Dr., Morongo Valley, tomorrow, Saturday, September 21, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The festival includes a judged art show featuring art currently on display at their Art Gallery and Gift Shop. There will be music and entertainment with children’s events, a dance contest and more. Admission is free and all are invited. The ribbons will be awarded at the Fall Festival at noon in the Art Gallery. People’s Choice voting continues until the end of the month. The event will benefit an animal rescue shelter in Yucca Valley. Donations of pet food, blankets, bleach and pet toys are needed.
The Art Colony of Morongo Valley gift shop is open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
