Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a man suspected of an armed robbery of the IHOP restaurant in Yucca Valley Thursday. According to a Sheriff’s report, the man, who was armed with a handgun, entered the restaurant about 10 p.m. and demanded money. He stole a large amount of cash before leaving. The suspect is described as a black man, 6 feet two inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing white shoes, blue jeans, a black windbreaker, and a wig during the robbery.
